The price you hear is the price you pay
Drainage pricing shouldn't be a mystery until the invoice arrives, so here is the actual rate card: a fixed fee by job type and time band, agreed before we attend. Repairs beyond the original job are always quoted and itemised separately.

Blocked Drain Clearance

High-Pressure Jetting
- Grease, silt and debris clearance
- Priced by blockage type and access
- Published on the rate card

For blockages a standard clearance visit can't shift.
CCTV Drain Survey
- Full-length camera survey
- Fixed fee, footage and report included
- No separate “admin” charge
- Defect coding and distances
One published price, not an add-on charged after the fact.
No-Dig Relining
- CIPP resin liner cured in place
- Priced per section after survey
- Itemised separately from the survey
- Repairs a defect from inside without excavation

Active issue now — the published out-of-hours rate applies, nothing extra.
Emergency call-outs use the same published rate card: call-out and first-hour rate stated when you book, out-of-hours uplift shown as an exact figure, any work beyond the first hour itemised and agreed before it happens.

Published rates, checkable first
Job type and time band are priced on this page — you can check the figure before you even call.
One fixed price per job, not a running meter
The price agreed before we travel is the price you pay for that job, not a starting figure that grows once the van is on site.
Itemised, not bundled
Where a job has more than one part — a survey plus a repair, say — each part is priced separately so you can see what you're paying for.
No invented extras
No “equipment charges”, no “report admin fees” you didn't agree to, no weekend multipliers hidden in the small print.
Pricing questions
Is the price on this page what I'll actually pay?
Yes, for the job type and time band shown. If your job turns out to need something extra once we're on site, we quote and itemise that separately before doing it — the original figure doesn't change.
Does the survey fee come off the repair cost?
No — each is priced and itemised on its own, so you can see exactly what the survey cost versus what the repair cost, rather than one bundled number.
Will insurance pay these fees?
Some buildings and home-emergency policies cover drainage call-outs. Check your policy wording — we provide an itemised invoice that makes a claim straightforward to support.
What if the job turns out to be cheaper than the published rate suggests?
Then you pay the lower figure. Published rates are a ceiling for that job type and time band, not a target.
Is there a call-out fee on top of the job price?
Where a call-out or minimum charge applies it is shown on this page and confirmed when you book. We do not invent equipment surcharges or report admin fees after the visit.
Do night and weekend rates apply to every borough?
Time bands apply London-wide. The uplift is about when the engineer attends, not which postcode. Outer boroughs use the same published prices as central London for the same job type.
Can I get a written quote for my postcode?
